One of my favorite wedding venues in Brisighella, where I worked last season as a wedding photographer, was the Azienda Agricola Baccagnano. This historic location, perfect for a bucolic wedding photo shoot in Emilia Romagna, dates back to the 13th century and boasts a charming stone structure surrounded by vines, olive trees, and orchards. The two beautiful cypress trees evoke the landscapes of Tuscany, which is not far from this part of Emilia-Romagna.
Filippo and Valentina celebrated their love in this corner of paradise, with a bucolic and somewhat rockabilly style wedding. The choice of this intimate location, suitable for a party full of dancing and music with families and close friends, helped create a unique atmosphere of conviviality and joy. The imperial table, expertly decorated by LoveLiveFlowers with fresh and colorful country flowers, added a festive touch.
For the ceremony, the couple chose the evocative Pieve del Tho in Brisighella, also known as the Pieve of San Giovanni in Ottavo. It is a Romanesque-style church dating back to the 8th century with ancient charm that's perfect for wedding photography in Emilia Romagna. After the "I do's," we moved to the venue, and after opening the aperitivo, we took the couple's photos among the romantic vineyards of Baccagnano.
As a wedding photographer in Emilia Romagna, I loved the informal and spontaneous atmosphere of this wedding, which was all about pure fun!
