Sarah & Hugo’s elegant Wedding at Villa Grabau in Tuscany

Last October I had the chance of traveling to Lucca to document Sarah & Hugo's elegant Wedding at Villa Grabau in Tuscany.

It was my first time working at this enchanting Tuscany wedding venue and from the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the timeless beauty and elegant charm of this historic estate.

The bride's getting ready took place in the Arancera, a villa nestled in a garden of citrus, olive trees, and boxwoods adjacent to the botanical park of Villa Grabau.

Sarah gracefully made her way down the aisle, finely adorned with marvelous arrangements of flowers, pampas, and eucalyptus leaves, while Hugo, along with their beloved dog Murphy, was waiting for her.

Surrounded by loved ones, they exchanged heartfelt vows under the warm Tuscan sun, sealing their commitment amidst an atmosphere of joy and romance. Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a delicious aperitivo in the villa’s garden. Laughter filled the air, and glasses clinked as everyone toasted to the newlyweds' happiness and future together.

For the couple session, we relocated to the park in front of the villa, which boasted exotic plants and pampas grass, before returning to the aperitivo area for some group photos.

The dinner took place at the Limonaia, an extraordinary 16th-century building that was once used as a winter shelter for ancient lemon trees. Its spacious interiors, along with the magical ambiance created by the hanging 'Ficus pumila' from the ceiling, were further enhanced by the exquisite table decorations designed by Bianco Rosa Weddings.

One of the highlights of the evening was witnessing Sarah and Hugo share their first dance as husband and wife. Their love illuminated the dance floor as they moved in perfect harmony, surrounded by the incredible light designing created for the occasion.

As the night drew to a close, I couldn't help but reflect on the beauty and magic of Sarah and Hugo's wedding day. It was a true honor to be a part of such a joyous celebration, and I am grateful for the opportunity to capture the timeless moments that will forever be cherished.
