Choosing from so many stunning Italian castle wedding venues wasn't an easy task, but David and Mei Ni had a special bond with the Emilia-Romagna region. This was the place where they embarked on their first trip to Italy together, fell in love with the area, and were charmed by its culinary delights like Parma ham, Parmigiano Reggiano, Modena balsamic vinegar, and of course, Bolognese sauce! Thus, they knew it was the ideal spot to celebrate their union with their family and friends.
Experiencing a wedding in Tabiano Castello is surreal! Saying "I do" in such an evocative setting, surrounded by ancient walls that hold centuries of secrets and history - it’s surreal!
As a destination wedding photographer in Emilia Romagna, this was the first time I worked at the venue and I was awe-struck by its historic charm and diverse indoor and outdoor spaces. The proximity of the ceremony and reception locations was a definite advantage, as it allowed the couple and their guests to easily transition between the two and to have plenty of time to enjoy the aperitivo. Additionally, the venue provided an excellent setting for the couple's photo session, with countless intimate corners and romantic ancient stonewalls that served as a perfect backdrop. This makes Castello di Tabiano a perfect wedding venue.
